At a rate of 30 feet per minute, the 4005 can handle up to 20 sheets at a time to produce security level 4 shred. The 16” feed opening is wide enough to accommodate papers in a variety of shapes and sizes and the shred bin holds an impressive 59 gallons of shred volume so frequent emptying is not an issue. The high quality wooden cabinet is mounted on casters for convenience and houses a pull-out bag mechanism on rollers for easy replacement of the disposable shred bags. The 4005 shredder has a powerful single phase motor rated for continuous operation and its sturdy chain drive and gears are neatly stored in a dust-proof enclosure.
